Tokyo Sonata
Despite the fact that his wife, Megumi (Kyôko Koizumi), and two teenage kids are aware of his secret, Ryûhei Sasaki (Teruyuki Kagawa) continues to keep it hidden. In spite of the fact that he leaves the house every day, he is not actually going to work. In order to find work, he will visit an employment office. Because of outsourcing, he was just fired from his job. He is motivated to find another profession while also providing support to an old buddy who is also out of work. However, when Megumi unintentionally discovers Ryûhei's secret and refuses to inform him, her faith in him and their marriage suffer as a result.
