A holiday-themed animated direct-to-video feature film starring Academy Award-winning actors Tom and Jerry. It makes extensive use of music from Tchaikovsky's iconic ballet The Nutcracker. This would be the final animated feature directed by co-creator of Tom and Jerry, Joseph Barbera, who died on December18, 2006. The film is filled with all of the exaggerated violence that is characteristic of Tom and Jerry.
