In a little village in the middle of nowhere, eight college pals spend Halloween weekend in a "haunted rental". Truth or Dare, a game that has been linked to the deaths of seven teens in the past, is played there. When the dares become sickeningly deadly and the realities threaten to splinter the gang, vodka-induced fun suddenly becomes serious. When players try to deny the progressively difficult chores, they are greeted with deadly repercussions, rapidly realizing: you either accept the dare, or the dare does you. This game of Truth or Dare is becoming increasingly difficult for those who are left standing as more and more players are killed off one by one.
