Tsotsi
It is based on the true story of Tsotsi, a young South African child from the ghetto who goes by the name of Gangster. The film has won numerous awards in its home country of South Africa. In the back seat of a car that Tsotsi has just stolen, he discovers a baby that he had abandoned in the back seat of his home as a child to escape away from his helpless parents. Eventually, he decides that it is his obligation to care for the infant, and in the process, he realizes that perhaps the gangster life is not the greatest path for him.
