A young, social misfit named Max Flatow has a good sense of how to make home-made explosives that go off. Max Frost is the world's best-known entertainer. When he gets tired of these things, he runs away from home. Seven years later, he comes back as Max Frost. During John Fergus' run for the Senate, he uses Frost as a political ploy to get more young people to vote for him. Frost wills himself into the system and gets more rights for the young. Frost will one day run for the presidency.
