When Megu's sister Ai commits suicide as a result of being bullied at school, she finds solace in a camping trip with her older friends, including smart girl Aya, her drug-dealing boyfriend Také, big-boobed model Maki, and nerdy Naoi. Megu is haunted by guilt over the suicide of her sister Ai, who was tormented by high school bullies. A parasitical worm is discovered inside one of the fish they catch, and Maki consumes it alive in the expectation that it will help her maintain her slim figure. Things start to go wrong from there. Zombies appear shortly after, which is not entirely unexpected in a setting like this, and proceed to complicate matters even further.
