A League of Their Own

To try out for the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League in1943, Carson Shaw goes to Chicago. There, she forms contacts with other women who share her goal of making it in professional baseball. Max Chapman, another Rockford native, shows up to the tryouts but is ultimately rejected. To realize her ambition, she and her best buddy Clance must take a different approach.
