Con Man
The life of Wray Nerely after his sci-fi series "Spectrum," which was canceled before its time but went on to become a cult classic treasured by fans, is the primary focus of the film Con Man. While Wray hasn't achieved the kind of popularity he desires, his close friend Jack Moore, who played the lead role in the series Captain and has now gone on to become a major superstar, has done so. Wray is a grudging visitor at several pop culture events, including science fiction conventions, appearances in comic book stores, and others; but, things are not what they appear to be on the surface. The events themselves, as well as all of the bizarre and crazy things that occur to them along the road, will be the focus of the series.
