A long time ago, a combat master known as Gohan spotted a peculiar boy in the mountains, and he gave the boy the name Goku. Gohan took care of him as a child and instructed Goku in many forms of martial arts up until he passed away. The young and exceptionally powerful lad was by himself, but he readily managed. Then, one day, Goku met a young woman by the name of Bulma, who was on a mission to find the legendary Dragon Balls and ended up at Goku's house. They decided to go on an adventure together in order to fulfill her request and locate all seven of the items.
