Emergency +4
Emergency +4 is an American animated TV show based on the live-action prime-time series Emergency! The show began on NBC's Saturday morning schedule on September 8, 1973, and had 23 30-minute episodes over two seasons. It ran in reruns on the network until September 4, 1976. Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe both did the voices for their Emergency! paramedic characters. The Paramedical Rescue Service was the focus of each episode of the adventure series. The"+4" in the name of the show refers to the four kids who help the paramedics in each episode. Universal Studios hired Fred Calvert Productions to do the animation because they didn't have their own animation department at the time.
