Fight Quest

Fight Quest is a TV show on the Discovery Channel. It had a preview episode on December 28, 2007, and started airing weekly on January 4, 2008. Jimmy Smith and Doug Anderson were followed by the show as they traveled around the world to learn different styles of martial arts. They spent five days training with well-known masters of the styles they were learning before giving a final demonstrationand/or fight to show off what they had learned. According to what the hosts said, the show was cancelled after the first season. At the end of February, an updated DVD box set came out, which had the last three episodes that weren't in the first set. The show was cancelled at the start of its second season, so only three episodes aired. The last one aired on October 3, 2008.
