Funny Business
Funny Business is a six-episode, fifty-minute documentary-style television series about the art of comedy. The premiere broadcast in the United Kingdom on November22, 1992. The program was also broadcast in Germany and made available on video. David Hinton was the film's director. Authors included Rowan Atkinson, Robin Driscoll, and David Hinton. Tiger Television Productions was responsible for its production. Numerous comedians appeared on the show, including Rowan Atkinson, who appeared both as the host/narrator and as Kevin, an aspiring comedian. Atkinson exhibited a number of comedic elements in a style that was immediately recognizable to anyone familiar with his Mr. Bean persona.
