Hellfjord
"Hellfjord" is the story of the urban police officer Salmander, a second-generation Pakistani immigrant, who, after unintentionally killing his police horse in front of tens of thousands of children, is transferred to the most northern area in Norway: Hellfjord. Hellfjord is the prototypical small Norwegian hick community, populated by simple-minded individuals intent on maintaining their privacy. When Salmander digs deeper, though, he uncovers a secret that will flip Hellfjord on its head. Perhaps even upside down.
