Hogan's Heroes

Hogan's Heroes is an American sitcom that ran for 168 episodes from September 17, 1965, to July 4, 1971, on the CBS network. The show took place in a German prisoner of war camp during World War II. Colonel Robert E. Hogan, played by Bob Crane, was in charge of an international group of Allied prisoners who ran a Special Operations group out of the camp. Werner Klemperer played the camp's leader, Colonel Wilhelm Klink, and John Banner played the incompetent guard, Hans Schultz. During its six-season run, the show was a hit. Mark Cuban sold the sequel and other rights to Hogan's Heroes to the show's creators, Bernard Fein and Albert S. Ruddy, through arbitration in2013. A movie based on the show is in the works.
