In the Red

A string of bank boss assassinations has thrown London into chaos, all the way up to Parliament. And the killer makes regular phone calls describing his deeds, but only to a streetwise, and often tipsy, radio reporter on the verge of being fired for his persistent irreverence toward his station and the BBC. In traditional British mystery fashion, everything points to a lead singer of a rock group famous for "In The Red" music, but there are other subplots to ponder.
