Inspector Gadget's Field Trip was a spin-off of Inspector Gadget that ran on The History Channel from 1996 to 1998 and had over 26 episodes featuring live-action sequences. It was created by DIC Entertainment. Inspector Gadget's voice was once again provided by Don Adams. In syndication, it presently airs in reruns. The show was a children's educational travelogue in which the cartoon Gadget would use live-action clips to show viewers the many different locations in prominent cities all around the world. The theme tune sounds a little like the Gadget Boy theme song. Gadget Boy, in reality, appears on the show from time to time.
