Jang Jae-yeol is a radio host and the author of best-selling mystery books. He is playful and a little bit proud, and he has obsessive–compulsive disorder. Ji Hae-soo is in her first year of fellowship as a psychiatrist. Hae-soo is ambitious and driven in her work, but she cares about her patients and has a negative outlook on love and relationships in her personal life. When Jae-yeol and Hae-soo meet, their strong personalities and refusal to give in to each other cause them to fight a lot. But slowly, their fights turn into love, and they start to see how well they fit together. Jae-yeol and Hae-soo try to heal each other's deep wounds, but their relationship takes a hit when they find out that Jae-mental yeol's health problems are worse than they thought.
