Welcome to the FBI-organized crime war. One side enforces the law while the other breaks it, but brains, brawn, and intimidation are frequently used by both sides. Jonah Malloy, a charismatic but dangerous father figure, leads the Richmond-based Malloy Crime Syndicate. Special Agent-in-Charge Lisa Cohen leads the Richmond FBI branch.
