Mako Mermaids: An H2O Adventure

Sirena, Nixie, and Lyla are real-life mermaids who live in the seas of Mako Island as part of a mermaid pod. It is their responsibility as youthful members of the pod to protect the Moon Pool and keep it safe from trespassers. However, on a full moon night, the wicked mermaid girls ignore their responsibilities. Zac, a sixteen-year-old land-dweller, enters the Moon Pool and develops a special bond with Mako. Zac is given a fish-like tail and incredible powers. The mermaid pod is forced to leave. Mako cast out of the pod, leaving behind the three mermaid girls. They realize there is only one way they will be allowed to rejoin the pod: they must grow legs, walk onto land, and reclaim Zac's talents-or risk being outcasts for the rest of their lives.
