Overlord
Virtual reality gaming is on the rise in the year 2138. A popular online game, Yggdrasil, is quietly shut down one day. One gamer, Momonga, however, refuses to log out. Momonga is later resurrected as "the most powerful wizard" in the shape of a skeleton. The world continues to evolve, with non-player characters (NPCs) expressing emotion for the first time. With no parents, friends, or social standing, this regular young man, Momonga, sets out to conquer the game's new universe.
