Tsumiki Miniwa is in love with her tall, easygoing best friend, Io Otonashi. She just can't admit it. Despite being able to read her like a book, Io can't seem to pick up on the obvious clues, despite their friends mocking that they're the perfect match. Acchi Kocchi follows Tsumiki and her companions through their day. Tsumiki's buddies won't let her forget her crush: Mayoi the electronics nerd, Sakaki the good-natured prankster, and nosebleed-prone Hime. Only time will tell if Tsumiki will confess how she really feels.
