Even though Sya Kuroi experiences nightmares in which humans with superpowers are battling a gigantic dragon in the sky, his waking life is just as strange as his dreams. He has been taken care of by a maid and an anthropomorphic cat since he suffered amnesia for around two weeks. When a UFO in the form of a stuffed bear approaches Sorimasaka City and other metros around the world, he is startled to see seven rainbow-sparkling heroes zoom out to combat it; this is exactly what he had seen in his dream. Even worse, the maid encourages him to abandon his safe haven in order to confront these heroes and steal their source of strength.
