The paranormal television series Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal is shown on the A&E network. The show, hosted by Chip Coffey, an American psychic investigator, and featuring Edy Nathan, Chris Fleming, and Kim Russo, pairs children who claim to have psychic abilities with adult psychic/mediums with the stated goal of "show[ing] them how to harness their abilities and, ultimately, [show[ing] them that they're not alone in this world." The series premiered in the summer of 2008 with the episode "Fear Management." Later episodes incorporate content from Coffey's appearance on another A&E paranormal series, Paranormal State, with Ryan Buell. The show was renewed again, with the second season premiering on A&E on December15,2009, and the third season premiering on A&E on October17, 2010. Biographies ran an episode called "Psychic Children" on A&E about children and young people with the same supposed powers as the show's characters. Children have been accused of being used by Psychic Kids.
