The Chang'an Youth
On her means to get married, a series of events lead Shen Yi to get in an institution in camouflage as a boy. This is a story that follows the exploits of the five kids of Shangyiguan.
Shen Yi is an average cook from the marketplace. In order to pay off a financial debt, she agrees to substitute for her good friend in marriage as well as travels to Chang'An in her stead. Along the way, she ends up in disguise as a gentleman as well as satisfies Yang Zi'an, a boy executing orders from the King. She also meets the pleasant second prince Li Xin Yuan, the high and mighty swordsman Dugu Muxue and the good-looking flower young boy Tang Jiu Hua. In their pursuit of education, the five who bear keys of their own learn to trust each other and become friends, thus starting them on an amazing institution life that brings them face to face with a mystical situation and also corrupt authorities.
