As of June 15, 2011, the Investigation Discovery cable television channel has been airing the documentary and news show The Devil You Know. Summer of 2011 saw the debut of five new criminal documentary television shows on ID. The show investigates stories of criminal investigations and the private lives of men and women who appear to be law-abiding citizens, but who are actually savage killers intent on wreaking havoc on their families. It features interviews with the victims' loved ones and friends, as well as first-person experiences of what it's like to be a victim of these criminals' betrayal and harm. For the documentary film The Devil You Know, Make Believe Media of Vancouver, Canada, is behind the project.
