The Real McCoys

The Real McCoys is an American situation comedy that was created in collaboration between Danny Thomas' "Marterto Productions" and the "Westgate" company, which is owned by Walter Brennan and Irving Pincus respectively. The show ran on the ABC-TV network for the first five seasons, beginning in 1957 and continuing through 1962. The sixth and final season of the show ran on the CBS network from 1962 until 1963. Filming for the series took place at the Desilu studios in Hollywood, even though it was set in the San Fernando Valley of California.
