The Treasure Island
Jim Hawkins, an eighteenth-century English preteen boy, is the protagonist of the novel. He begins the first episode writing a diary in his room at the British Admiralty College, which houses the officers cadets of the royal school of captaincy. Jim is now in the aftermath of that chapter of our story; he is older, and he recounts all of the previous spectacular events, much like Stevenson did in his novel, beginning with Billy Bones' entrance into the inn "Admiral Benbow," which he and his mother ran.
