Three Inches

After being struck by lightning, Walter, a professional daydreamer and underachiever, gets a rare "super" power: the capacity to move any object using only his mind, but only a distance of three inches. However, this power is limited in its range. Soon after, he becomes a member of a secret group of superheroes, each of whom is endowed with their unique set of extraordinary talents.
