Thunderbirds
Thunderbirds is a British science-fiction TV show from the 1960s. It was made using a technique called "Supermarionation," which combined marionette puppetry and scale-model special effects. The series takes place in the 21st century and tells the story of International Rescue, a secret group that uses high-tech land, sea, air, and space vehicles and equipment to save people who are in mortal danger. They launch from a secret base on Tracy Island in the South Pacific Ocean.
