Wonder Showzen
Wonder Showzen is an American sketch comedy show that ran on MTV2 from 2005 to 2006. John Lee and Vernon Chatman of PFFR came up with the idea. The show has a TV-MA rating. The format of the show is like that of educational PBS shows for kids like Sesame Street and The Electric Company, but the content is for adults. Black comedy is used to make fun of politics, religion, war, sex, and culture, as well as to make fun of controversial comedy in general. Every episode starts with a disclaimer that reads: "Wonder Showzen has content that is offensive, disgusting, and too cool and controversial for real children. The stark, ugly, and deep truths that Wonder Showzen shows may be too much for some people to handle. You are a bad parent or guardian if you let a child watch this show."
