This is the story of a police officer who is racing against the clock to track down a kidnapping victim whose kidnapper he inadvertently killed. Aron Eckhart plays a discredited police officer named Frank Penny in this film. It's Frank who goes rouge in order to save the 11-year-old daughter of the police chief. Ava Brooks, whose live-streaming news program is showing Frank's every move, will assist Frank locate the girl.
