During the height of World War II, Danny Coogan, a young boy, dreams of joining the army. It wasn't long before Danny found the container containing Mr. Toulon's mysterious puppets and was immediately pushed into a war of his own. She is a beautiful Japanese saboteur who plans to attack an American manufacturing plant with the help of Max and Klaus, two Nazis.
