Vares: Gambling Chip
Despite his best efforts, Jussi Vares is unable to save the life of a gorgeous brunette he has fallen in love with. After only a few weeks of dating, Sole's body is discovered in a bird-watching tower. It is not until Vares agrees to unravel the enigma of the jumbled denunciation letters that the investigations are able to move further. A lot of things happen before the letters reveal their mystery. Stahanov, a hired gun, is given a mission. A black cat appears to Sole's brother, who discovers his wife in the arms of the wrong man and goes on a rampage. A recognizable figure is discovered at the end of the trail of clues, and further deaths are unavoidable.
