Vixen
Mari McGabe's parents, who were originally from Africa, were murdered by local greed, corruption, and wanton brutality. However, the orphaned Marl refuses to yield to the terrors that surround her. As the inheritor of her family's Tantu Totem, Mari has access to the animal's abilities, ranging from the super-strength of a gorilla to the speed of a cheetah. As Vixen, she battles heroically to save the world against attacks similar to those that took her family's life.
