Ridge
The narrative is pieced together from snippets of lives that were led in northern Scania. Some of them belong to the realm of the everyday, while others touch on the supernatural. But like shadows cast over the landscape, several protagonists stand out: Beata, a temporary worker who is new to Sweden; Aaron, a young man with a shattered heart who is returning to the town where he grew up; and Billie, a kid who is adrift during her first summer vacation. As the movie chronicles their lives, we see how they gradually become one with the surrounding environment.
