Shinjuku Incident
Steelhead is a Chinese laborer who arrives in Japan in search of a better life. Unable to find honest job and forced into the shadows by his fellow Chinese illegal immigrants, he quickly rises to the position of boss of a black market mob. Steelhead's climb to mafia dominance spirals out of hand after he provides a lethal service to a powerful Yakuza crime leader, and he is given authority over the dangerous and profitable Shinjuku district.
